Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-time payment of Rs 100

Our service is a one-time payment of Rs 100 (or the amount shown at checkout) for 30 days of full access.

When refunds apply

• Technical failure: If you paid but cannot access paid content due to a bug on our side, and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours, we will refund in full.
• Accidental duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same access period, the duplicate will be refunded.
• Unauthorized charge: If your card was charged without your knowledge, email us immediately and we will investigate and refund if verified.

When refunds do not apply

• "The predictions were wrong" — predictions are estimates based on past data. We do not refund for rank fluctuations or changed seat matrices.
• "I changed my mind" — since access is digital and instant, we do not refund for change of mind after using the service.
• "I did not use it enough" — the subscription is valid for 30 days regardless of how many predictions you run.

How to request a refund

Email us from your registered email address with your payment transaction ID. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
